Keone is a software developer and blockchain researcher with a strong background in high-frequency trading. Before joining Monad, he spent eight years at Jump Trading, where he led a high-frequency trading team. In 2021, he transitioned to Jump’s crypto division, leading a team of engineers dedicated to blockchain research and decentralized application development.

James Hunsaker

CTO & Co-Founder

James is a systems engineering expert specializing in low-latency optimizations. Before joining Monad, he spent eight years at Jump Trading, where he developed an ultra-low-latency trading system that handled tens of billions in daily notional volume across major futures markets.

Eunice Giarta

COO & Co-Founder

Eunice is a seasoned product and technology leader with a strong foundation in finance and fintech. She holds a Computer Science degree from MIT and has worked in trading at BofA Merrill Lynch. Eunice also led product teams developing enterprise trading systems at Broadway Technology and headed the payments and licensing infrastructure team at Shutterstock.
